Our Brew Master,  Mr. Aleem Ladak is a graduate of one of the finest universities in Canada holding a Bachelors degree in Food Science and a Masters in Brewing and distilling institutes in Germany (VLB), with extensive work experience in some of the leading brewing companies of the world.

He puts all of these skills to good use at the brewery. One of Kenya’s only craft beer breweries, The Big Five Breweries doesn’t brew beer for the masses. They brew for the individual.
